Emami Customer Care Executives are responsible for providing customer service and support to Emami's customers. They answer customer questions, resolve customer complaints, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team. Emami Customer Care Executives also play a key role in collecting feedback from customers and using that feedback to improve Emami's products and services.
