Emami, a leading FMCG company in India, is seeking experienced and creative Social Media Assistants to join our dynamic team. As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and managing social media presence to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. You will be responsible for crafting compelling posts, scheduling content, engaging with followers, and analyzing social media performance to inform future strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and writing skills, a passion for digital marketing, and a thirst for learning and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to promote Emami's products and services.
- Create engaging and visually appealing social media content, including posts, images, videos, and infographics, to capture audience attention and drive engagement.
- Schedule social media content using scheduling tools to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Manage and monitor Emami's social media presence, responding to comments, addressing customer concerns, and building a strong online community.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, such as engagement rate, reach, and follower growth, to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
Skills:
- Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for a variety of social media platforms.
- Proficient in social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with experience in creating, scheduling, and managing content.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and techniques to measure campaign performance and track engagement.
- Experience with graphic design principles and tools, such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva, to create visually appealing content.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing principles, including audience targeting, content strategy, and influencer marketing.
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work independently and as part of a team, and adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
