Emami, a leading Indian FMCG giant, is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in optimizing our sales funnel, enhancing team efficiency, and ultimately, propelling our revenue upwards.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks, improve data accuracy, and free up valuable sales team bandwidth. Think CRM integrations, sales forecasting tools, and reporting dashboards.
Analyze sales data like a pro. Identify trends, generate insightful reports, and translate complex insights into actionable plans that boost sales performance.Review and refine existing sales processes to eliminate bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless customer journeys. Think proposal generation, order management, and post-sales support.

Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (freshers with relevant certifications considered).
2+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar role. (Freshers with exceptional academic records and internships can apply)
Strong analytical mind with a knack for data visualization and storytelling.
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Bonus points for experience in the FMCG industry and automation expertise.
