The Senior Staff Engineer is a highly experienced and skilled engineer who is responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers in the development and implementation of new products and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices, as well as experience in managing and mentoring others.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers in the development and implementation of new products and technologies.
- Conduct research and development activities to identify new opportunities and improve existing products and processes.
- Develop and maintain engineering standards and procedures.
- Mentor and train junior engineers.
- Represent the engineering department in meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest engineering trends and technologies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
- Experience in managing and mentoring others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
