The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for Emami. This includes identifying and developing relationships with potential candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruiting process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with candidates.

• Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations.
• Develop relationships with potential candidates and maintain a database of qualified candidates.
• Work with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify potential candidates.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
