Responsibilities:

Conduct quality checks and inspections at various stages of production, adhering to strict quality control protocols.
Analyze product samples using sophisticated testing equipment and interpret results to ensure compliance with specifications.
Maintain detailed records and documentation of all quality control activities.
Identify and report potential quality deviations or non-conformities, initiating corrective actions promptly.
Liaise with production teams and other departments to ensure adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date on relevant quality control regulations and best practices, implementing them effectively in your work.
Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within your team.

Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field (freshers with exceptional attention to detail and relevant skills welcome).
Minimum 1 year of experience in a quality control role within the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot quality issues effectively.
Proficient in quality control methodologies and statistical analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
A meticulous and detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all tasks.
