• Become the title whisperer: Analyze and scrutinize shipment titles for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal guidelines and regulations.
• Identify discrepancies: Detect potential errors or inconsistencies in titles, such as missing information, ambiguous language, or incorrect classifications.
• Problem-solver extraordinaire: Investigate and resolve discrepancies in titles, working with relevant teams to clarify information and ensure accuracy.
• Data detective: Analyze trends and patterns within shipment titles to identify areas for improvement in data capture and labeling processes.
