The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions at DTDC. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruiting process, as well as experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for open positions
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and experience
- Negotiate salaries and benefits
- Make hiring recommendations to the Head of Human Resources
- Maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Strong understanding of the recruiting process
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
