The Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing customer support to our clients. This will include answering customer inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and resolving customer complaints. The Call Center Representative will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, preparing reports, and other administrative duties.

• -Provide customer support through telephone, email, and chat
• -Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
• -Resolve customer complaints
• -Maintain customer records
• -Prepare reports
• -Perform other administrative duties

Qualifications:

• -High school diploma or equivalent
• -Two years of customer service experience
• -Familiarity with computers and software programs
• -Strong communication skills
