The Supervisor (Fresher) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Domino's store. This includes tasks such as managing staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Manage employees by scheduling shifts, tracking attendance, and resolving conflicts
• Ensure customer satisfaction by answering questions, resolving complaints, and providing excellent service
• Maintain a clean and organized store by setting standards, conducting inspections, and making repairs
• Assist with marketing and promotions by developing and executing plans
• Prepare reports and presentations as needed
• Other duties as assigned
