The Coordinator is responsible for supporting the General Manager in all aspects of store operations. This includes managing employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized store. The Coordinator must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employees by scheduling shifts, tracking attendance, and resolving conflicts
• Ensure customer satisfaction by answering questions, resolving complaints, and providing excellent service
• Maintain a clean and organized store by setting standards, conducting inspections, and making repairs
• Assist with marketing and promotions by developing and executing plans
• Prepare reports and presentations as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience in retail or foodservice operations is a plus

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in retail or foodservice operations
