The Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a Domino's store, including ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met, managing staff, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production of pizzas and other food items, ensuring that they meet Domino's high standards of quality and taste.
• Manage the staff, including scheduling, training, and evaluating their performance.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Complete paperwork and reports as required.

Qualifications:

• •  High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service setting.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Valid driver's license.
