The Accounting Director is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations and financial reporting for Dhani. This includes developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures, managing the accounting staff, and preparing financial statements and reports. The Accounting Director also works closely with the CFO and other senior management to provide financial insights and advice.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures that ensure the accuracy and integrity of Dhani's financial records.
• Manage the accounting staff and ensure that they have the skills and resources they need to do their jobs effectively.
• Prepare financial statements and reports that are accurate, timely, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide financial insights and advice to senior management on a variety of topics, such as budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Oversee the accounting department's compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Represent Dhani to external auditors and other financial professionals.

Qualifications:
