The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the sales of Dabur products in a designated region. This includes developing and implementing sales plans, managing the sales team, and tracking and reporting on sales results. The Regional Sales Manager must have a strong understanding of the FMCG industry and must be able to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans for the region
- Manage the sales team and ensure that they are meeting their targets
- Track and report on sales results
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Identify and address customer needs
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Represent Dabur at trade shows and events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong understanding of the FMCG industry
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
