Responsibilities:

• Project Maestro: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including creative agencies, designers, and internal stakeholders, to deliver successful marketing campaigns on time and within budget.
• Strategic Chef: Translate marketing objectives into actionable plans, developing creative concepts, content calendars, and execution strategies that resonate with target audiences.
• Data Decoder: Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Tech-Savvy Navigator: Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to reach the right audience at the right time with the right message.
• Communication Catalyst: Foster clear and effective communication within teams and with stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.

Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the consumer goods or food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
