• Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms, addressing issues related to product information, orders, deliveries, and feedback.
• Actively listen to customer concerns, empathize with their situations, and provide accurate and helpful information in a clear and concise manner.
• Resolve customer issues independently or escalate them to relevant teams for further action, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
• Gather customer feedback and identify trends to share with internal teams for product improvement and service optimization.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a positive and helpful customer care culture within the team.
