The Controller is responsible for the overall financial management of Britannia. This includes developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, managing the company's financial reporting, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data. The Controller also works closely with other members of the finance team to develop and execute financial strategies that support the company's business goals.

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Manage the company's financial reporting
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Work closely with other members of the finance team to develop and execute financial strategies
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify and manage risks
• Oversee the company's treasury function
• Manage the company's investments
• Provide financial advice and support to management

• Proficient in financial software and accounting systems
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial management
• CPA or equivalent certification
