Britannia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in providing insights and recommendations to support Britannia's marketing decision-making process. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analyze data to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements
• Provide insights and recommendations to support the launch of new products and services
• Collaborate with other departments within Britannia to develop and implement marketing strategies

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a must
• Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus
