The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices, and be able to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software. The position will also involve working with other engineers to troubleshoot and debug software problems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop methods for extracting oil and gas from underground reservoirs.
• Conduct research and development to improve oil and gas recovery rates.
• Optimize production rates from oil and gas wells.
• Develop and implement environmental compliance plans.
• Supervise and train engineering and technical staff.
• Collaborate with other engineers, geologists, and technicians to solve problems.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest petroleum engineering technologies and practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
