Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of store associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee all store operations, ensuring efficient stock management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
• Maintain high hygiene and safety standards throughout the store, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
• Implement and monitor promotional campaigns, driving sales and exceeding revenue targets.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Analyze store performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies.
• Report to senior management and provide valuable insights into store operations and customer trends.
• Uphold BigBasket's values of customer focus, quality, and continuous improvement in everything you do.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred (freshers with exceptional leadership potential and relevant experience welcome).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data analysis tools.
• A passion for retail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
