Responsibilities:
- Product Launch & Promotion: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for new product launches, including content creation, social media engagement, and website optimization.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, competitor analysis, and industry trends, informing product development and marketing strategies.
- Content Creation & Storytelling: Craft captivating content across various platforms, including website copy, blog articles, email campaigns, and social media posts, showcasing BigBasket's product offerings and values.
- Customer Engagement & Acquisition: Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to attract new customers and strengthen brand loyalty among existing ones.
- Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, customer engagement metrics, and website traffic to optimize strategies and ensure effectiveness.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work collaboratively with internal teams, from product development to design, to ensure seamless product launches and marketing alignment.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (experience in the FMCG or e-commerce industry is highly valued).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the grocery or online retail sector.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, buyer personas, and marketing funnel optimization.
- A creative and insightful mind with the ability to develop compelling narratives and engaging content.
- Proficiency in marketing campaign management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics and draw actionable insights.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for fresh food and online shopping.
