As a Customer Service Trainee at BigBasket, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online grocery shoppers. You will handle customer inquiries and complaints through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will also be responsible for resolving customer issues, providing information about our products and services, and exceeding customer expectations.

• Resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about BigBasket products and services.

• Document customer interactions and track resolutions to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Identify and suggest ways to improve the customer experience.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (preferred) or 10+2 pass with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Active listening and attention to detail to ensure accurate understanding of customer needs.
• Proficiency in various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
