BigBasket is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Sales Operations Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue growth for BigBasket. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales operations process, from lead generation and qualification to customer onboarding and retention.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and optimize sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Provide sales forecasting and pipeline management to ensure accurate revenue projections.
• Develop and implement training programs for sales teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Manage and optimize sales and marketing tools and systems.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and cross-functional integration.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest sales and marketing trends and technologies.
• Lead and manage a team of sales operations professionals.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective sales strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in sales and marketing tools and systems, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and retail industry is a plus.
