Responsibilities:

• Order Maestro: Coordinate and monitor the entire order fulfillment process, from order confirmation to delivery, guaranteeing timely and accurate service.
• Customer Champion: Provide prompt and efficient customer support, resolving queries and concerns related to orders, deliveries, and promotions.
• Data Dynamo: Maintain accurate sales records, analyze order data to identify trends and opportunities, and generate reports for informed decision-making.
• Team Player: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including warehouse, delivery, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Problem Solver: Actively identify and resolve order discrepancies, stock shortages, and other operational challenges with a calm and proactive approach.

• Organizational Whiz: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Communication Ninja: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
