Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly, greet them with a smile, and inquire about their needs and preferences.
• Assist customers in locating products, providing product information, and answering their questions.
• Suggest additional products based on customer needs and preferences, upselling and cross-selling effectively.
• Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently, using cash registers or point-of-sale systems.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring that products are properly displayed and labeled.
• Assist with stocking shelves, replenishing inventory, and maintaining product displays.
• Provide regular feedback to management regarding customer needs, product suggestions, and store operations.
