The Circle Credit Officer, CBG COE Lead is responsible for leading and managing the credit operations for a specific circle. This includes developing and implementing credit policies and procedures, reviewing and approving credit applications, and monitoring the performance of the credit portfolio. The Circle Credit Officer must have a strong understanding of credit risk and must be able to make sound credit decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement credit policies and procedures for the circle
• Review and approve credit applications
• Monitor the performance of the credit portfolio
• Manage the credit risk for the circle
• Work with relationship managers to structure and manage credit facilities
• Provide training and support to credit staff
• Represent the circle at credit committees

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in credit risk management
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
