The Customer Support Analyst is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Axis Bank customers by resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager
- Collect and analyze customer data to identify trends and develop solutions
