The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Manager, Administration and other members of the management team. This includes a variety of tasks such as:

  • Answering and screening phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Preparing and distributing documents
  • Managing calendars and travel arrangements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy software applications
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements
  • Design and implement software solutions
  • Conduct unit and integration testing
  • Troubleshoot and debug software problems
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest software development technologies
