Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets
• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers
• Represent Asian Paints at trade shows and events
• Manage the sales pipeline and track progress towards goals
• Analyze sales data and identify trends
• Provide feedback and coaching to sales representatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
