The Concierge is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to all visitors to Asian Paints showrooms. This includes greeting and welcoming customers, answering questions, providing product information, and making recommendations. The Concierge must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers to Asian Paints showrooms
• Answer questions about products and services
• Make recommendations to customers
• Process customer orders
• Track customer orders and provide updates
• Resolve customer complaints
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Follow all company policies and procedures
