Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring efficient resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to uphold the highest standards of service excellence.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Proactively engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and in-person interactions.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and consumers.
• Represent Amul at industry events and conferences, promoting the brand and its commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service, continuously improving the Amul customer experience.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, preferably with a focus on customer service.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service management or leadership roles.
• Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and resolving complex customer issues.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in computer skills and CRM software.
• Knowledge of the dairy industry and Amul's brand values is a plus.
