As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the bridge between Amul's fresh produce and satisfied customers. From identifying qualified leads to nurturing relationships with potential partners, you'll play a crucial role in expanding Amul's reach and spreading the joy of its products across the country.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Qualification: Actively research and identify potential retail partners, distributors, and HoReCa establishments, qualifying them as leads for our sales team.
• Relationship Building & Communication: Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential partners, ensuring clear and informative communication throughout the sales cycle.
• Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-up activities, providing insightful reports to the sales team.
• Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform lead generation and sales strategies.
• Presentation & Negotiation Skills: Prepare compelling presentations about Amul's products and offerings, and engage in negotiation conversations to secure favorable partnerships.
• Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure seamless lead transition and effective sales pipeline management.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn and succeed are welcome!).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively handle customer inquiries.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Proficiency in data entry, CRM software, and basic presentation tools.
• A positive and proactive attitude with a genuine passion for Amul's brand and its commitment to quality dairy products.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
