As a Call Center Representative at Amul, you'll be the bridge between customers and the world of Amul's goodness. You'll wear many hats, from answering customer inquiries about products and services to resolving their concerns with a smile, providing product information and recommendations, building rapport, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression of Amul's care and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries regarding Amul products and services.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Amul's product range, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Resolve customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, and other issues efficiently and empathetically.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and order value.
• Build rapport with customers and create a positive brand experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and track call performance metrics.
• Attend regular training sessions and stay updated on Amul's product offerings and promotions.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions to customer concerns efficiently.
• Active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and concerns.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (both oral and written) is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow within the consumer goods industry.
• Knowledge of dairy products and Amul's brand legacy (a plus).
