Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing Managers in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, traditional, etc.).
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer data to identify trends and inform marketing strategies.
• Create engaging content (social media posts, website copy, etc.) that resonates with target audiences.
• Manage brand assets and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Support in organizing events, activations, and other promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics to measure success and optimize strategies.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, SEO, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
