• Accurately and efficiently enter driver and rider information into designated systems.
• Process trip data, including route details, fares, and payment information.
• Update and maintain driver and rider profiles, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Handle financial transactions, including recording payments and reconciling accounts.
• Address data discrepancies and resolve accuracy issues promptly.
• Generate reports and data summaries for internal use and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth data flow and address any data-related concerns.
• Adhere to strict data security and confidentiality protocols.

Skills

• Minimum 12th pass with excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to work with various software applications.
