They are responsible for providing coaching and guidance to team members, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of production and distribution staff, ensuring they are well-trained, engaged, and aligned with Amul's mission and values. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
• Oversee the production processes, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards. Continuously monitor and improve production efficiency and identify areas for optimization.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers.
• Address employee concerns and resolve issues promptly and fairly.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance and production activities.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in dairy production and distribution.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a team leader or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams to achieve results.
• Strong understanding of dairy production and distribution processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for dairy products and the Amul brand.
