The Sales Officer is responsible for achieving sales targets in a designated territory through effective customer relationship management, product knowledge, and sales promotion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the assigned territory
• Identify and close sales opportunities
• Provide product demonstrations and training to customers
• Promote Amul products through advertising and marketing activities
• Track and report sales data
• Comply with all company policies and procedures

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Proficient in cash register operations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of the Hindi language is a plus
