The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the IT department. This includes developing project plans, managing resources, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders. The Project Manager must have a strong understanding of the Agile methodology and be able to effectively manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans and timelines
• Manage project resources, including budget, time, and people
• Track project progress and identify and mitigate risks
• Communicate with stakeholders and keep them updated on project status
• Approve deliverables and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Manage and motivate project teams
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in project management
• Strong understanding of the Agile methodology
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
