The Concierge is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Amul customers by providing information, assistance, and guidance. This includes tasks such as answering questions, making reservations, and providing directions.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner
• Make reservations for restaurants, hotels, and other activities
• Provide directions and information about Amul products and services
• Assist customers with their purchases
• Resolve customer complaints

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Amul products and services

Qualifications:

• • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Amul products and services
