The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a team of associates in an Amazon fulfillment center. This includes ensuring that associates are following company policies and procedures, meeting production goals, and providing excellent customer service. The Supervisor also plays a key role in training and developing associates, and in resolving any performance or disciplinary issues.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a team of associates

• Communicate with the Operations Manager and other department heads
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
