We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems, as well as experience with automation and robotics. The Production Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining production systems that meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement production systems and processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve production problems
• Conduct root cause analysis of production issues
• Work with other engineers and technicians to improve production efficiency
• Stay up-to-date on new technologies and trends in manufacturing
• Train and mentor production staff

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
• Proficiency in SQL and other data mining tools
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in production engineering
