The Help Desk Associate is the first point of contact for Amazon customers with technical issues. You will use your knowledge of Amazon's products and services to troubleshoot problems, provide solutions, and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will also work with other members of the Technical Support team to develop and improve our customer support processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Troubleshoot technical issues with Amazon products and services
• Provide solutions to customer problems
• Escalate complex issues to other members of the Technical Support team
• Work with other team members to improve customer support processes

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using a variety of computer software

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in customer service or technical support
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
