The Benefits Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's employee benefits programs. This includes working with vendors, managing the enrollment process, and monitoring government regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employee benefits, as well as experience in managing projects and working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee benefits programs that are competitive and meet the needs of employees
• Manage the enrollment process for new and existing employees
• Monitor government regulations and ensure that the company's benefits programs are compliant
• Work with vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure that the company is getting the best possible value
• Track and report on the utilization of benefits programs
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that benefits programs are aligned with the company's overall goals

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits administration
• Strong understanding of employee benefits laws and regulations
• Experience in managing projects and working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
