The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for the satisfaction of WebXT’s customers. This includes responding to customer inquiries and complaints, managing customer accounts, and maintaining customer satisfaction levels. The Customer Care Specialist will also identify customer needs and recommend changes to the company’s products or services in order to improve customer satisfaction.
