The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for the success of our customers. The CSM will work with our customers to ensure they are getting the most value out of our products and services. • 3 years of experience in customer success or account management
• Knowledge of subscription or SaaS business models

  • Partner with customers from the pre-sales stage to through contract negotiations, deployment, and on-going success
  • Be the primary point of contact for our customers post-sale and be responsible for the customer’s overall experience
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and renewals
