Airtel Customer Support Representatives are responsible for providing excellent customer service to Airtel's subscribers. They work closely with subscribers to resolve their issues, answer their questions, and provide them with information about Airtel's products and services. Airtel Customer Support Representatives also play a key role in collecting feedback from subscribers and using that feedback to improve Airtel's products and services.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through various channels, such as phone, email, and social media
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
• Collect and analyze customer feedback
• Identify and recommend improvements to Airtel's products and services
