Summary

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat. They will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues, answering customer questions, and providing customer support.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer complaints and issues
• Answer customer questions
• Provide customer support
• Track and analyze customer satisfaction data
• Report on customer service performance to management

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
• Ability to use CRM software
