Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.

  • Identify and address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify trends to develop strategies for improving customer service processes.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new and existing customer service representatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports to assess the effectiveness of customer service initiatives.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on Airtel's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and consistent information to customers.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers, both internally and externally.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer service leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in a telecommunications environment a plus.
