• Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries from clients seeking technical assistance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Provide clear and concise solutions and instructions to clients.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or other support teams.
• Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions.
• Adhere to Accenture's service level agreements and customer service policies.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and solutions.
