Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess production processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Design and implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, IT, Quality) to ensure smooth integration of new technologies and processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed production documentation, adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor production metrics and KPIs, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
• Conduct quality control checks and implement quality management systems to ensure product consistency and adherence to specifications.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest production technologies and methodologies, continuously seeking ways to improve operational efficiency.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) preferred (freshers with exceptional academic records and relevant skills welcome).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production engineering role, ideally within a manufacturing or technology environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot production issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at working effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in quality management methodologies and improvement tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
• Familiarity with production technology and automation systems is a plus.
• A strong focus on detail and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
